Returns & Refunds


This return policy applies to all items sold on Gtrendz Online. Customers can avail returns facility by enabling the KYC option in “My Account.” The returns are applicable only if the received product(s) (the order you placed) meets the following conditions.

  • The product(s) should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains, and with non-tampered quality check seals/ warranty seals (wherever applicable).
  • The product(s) should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears, or holes.
  • Product(s) should be return with original packaging along with all accessories, and freebies and boxes should be undamaged.
  • The serial number/ name/image/ brand/article number/ barcode should match, and the MRP tag should be undetached and visible.
  • If you receive a different or damaged product(s), the return is eligible.
  • The return date should be within ten (10)days from the delivery date.

The field executive will refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions not met. During the returns process, the customer will able to choose between options “Request Return” or “Request Refund.” Customers will be able to request the replacement of different sizes or color only if the replacement product is at the same price.

Note: In some cases, a requested replacement cannot be processed due to different price amounts, so customers should have to place a new order.


This refund policy applies to all items sold on Gtrendz Online. Refunds are applicable for orders, such as failed transactions, failed delivery, and triumphant returns.

  • Refunds initiated will take up to 5-10 working days to reflect in your bank account.
  • If you received a different or damaged product, you are eligible for a refund.
  • If you request a refund for a Cash on Delivery (COD) order, customers should have to pay Rs.40 or two percent as the fee of the total amount of order. (Not applicable if received a damaged or different product(s).)
  • Customers have to pay for the courier charges of return orders if they mistakenly ordered a different size or incorrect merchandise. If we made a mistake we would pay for courier charges for your return order. The courier charge depends on the courier.
